Subscriptions and cancellation
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Understand recurring billing, standalone course purchases and where to cancel an Astarly subscription.
What you buy
A standalone course purchase and a subscription are different products. A subscription provides access to the courses included in the selected plan while that subscription is active; it does not automatically include every course or premium service.
The product page and checkout identify the price, currency, billing period, access term and included services. A Custom Deal follows the offer agreed before payment. Keep the offer and receipt.
Recurring billing
Only offers identified as subscriptions renew automatically under the terms displayed before purchase. Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by the billing provider to avoid the next charge. A trial applies only if expressly offered, with its duration and conversion price disclosed.
A one-time purchase does not become a subscription merely because you have an Astarly account. Changes to recurring prices are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Where to cancel
- Website purchase: sign in to Astarly, open Billing and use the billing portal. If you cannot access it, email [email protected] with your account email and receipt reference, asking to cancel future renewal.
- Apple App Store: open Apple subscriptions, select Astarly and cancel. Use the Apple account that made the purchase.
- Google Play: open Play subscriptions, select Astarly and cancel. Use the Google account that made the purchase.
After cancellation
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period, as shown by your billing provider. Confirm that the provider displays cancellation or an expiry date and keep the confirmation.
Deleting the app, signing out, removing a payment card or deleting an Astarly account is not a substitute for cancelling a store subscription. A pending refund, chargeback or legal restriction may affect access separately.
Refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation and refunds are separate requests. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy, any more favorable promise made at purchase, the billing provider’s rules and mandatory consumer law. Nothing here excludes rights concerning defective or undelivered digital content.
Where an EU/UK withdrawal right applies, immediate digital delivery removes that right only if the legally required express consent and acknowledgement were obtained. Using the platform alone is not such acknowledgement.
Need help identifying a charge?
Contact [email protected] with the account email, charge date, amount and receipt reference. Do not send passwords, login codes or full card details. Astarly LLC operates the platform; your receipt identifies the merchant or store that processed the charge.
