Community guidelines

Participation

Astarly community features are for adults aged 18 and over. Feed posts are currently available to approved, active mentors; registered users can comment.

A mentor may publish no more than one post per day. Post text is limited to 300 characters. These limits do not grant permission to publish prohibited material.

Content and conduct we prohibit

• Threats, harassment, hate speech, incitement to violence and targeted abuse.
• Sexual exploitation, content involving child sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography and sexually explicit content.
• Scams, impersonation, deceptive offers, spam, malware and instructions facilitating illegal harm.
• Disclosure of another person’s private information without a lawful basis or required permission.
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, images, recordings or a person’s identity.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, account restrictions or platform security.

Your responsibilities

Share content only when you have the necessary rights and permission from people depicted. Disclose paid endorsements or material commercial relationships where required. Do not present fabricated results or AI-generated material as evidence of a real event.

Educational content is not a guarantee of income, professional qualification or a particular outcome. Health, financial and legal topics do not replace individual professional advice.

Moderation

Astarly uses automated checks and human review. We may hold content for review, refuse publication, remove material, restrict features or suspend accounts. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not certify a post as safe or accurate.

We consider severity, context and repeated violations. Serious threats or illegal exploitation can lead to immediate restrictions. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the action.

Report content or block a user

Use the report or block controls available in the Feed. You can also email [email protected] with the post or profile URL, what happened and any relevant evidence. Do not resend illegal imagery.

Blocking helps control your own interactions; a report asks Astarly to review a possible violation. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Ask for review

If you believe a moderation decision is incorrect, email [email protected] with your account email, the content link or decision reference, and your explanation. We review the context and may confirm, change or reverse the decision. Abusive or intentionally false reports may themselves violate these rules.
